Respectful staff and the location was good and magnificent. It took us 16 minutes to drive to this newly decorated accommodation from the airport.

The location is stunning, in the Chicago South Loop area. The bets part that it's adjacent to Grant Park, the starting and finishing line of Chicago Marathon, restaurant, and Navy Pier and museums.

The bathrooms are a little small.

The venue is impeccably clean, the staff is attentive. Updated lovely modern rooms, they are provided with very comfortable beds as well as beautifully appointed finishes. The location is good for exploring Chicago. This is a hotel go-to for Chicago!

Everything was very good, highly courteous staff, great views of the park. The room was brand-new and nicely furnished and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes. The breakfast looked satisfactory with a wide array of options. It was in the central location in a sketchy neighborhood.

The location of the property was unbeatable, convenient to sightseeing. I only stayed 3 nights, however the stuff where eager to help - ticked all the boxes for me. Its a double room was brand-new with an amazing view of Grant Park and constantly ran and Safe.

The hotel had fantastic staff, with friendly, personable, and helpful service. The room was very comfortable and clean, with amenities like a large TV and comfortable bedding. The location was great, right opposite Grant Park, perfect for events like the Chicago Marathon. There was a nice restaurant with affordable options and a good variety of food. The hotel had an easily accessible computer for quick printing of boarding passes.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a pleasant stay on this last visit. The hotel had a central setting near bus stop. Further, it was short walk to all the attractions in the Loop and Northerly Island, Soldier Field & Museum Park.

The views were not so good.

The hotel with individual rooms, in a good area, close to everything. Central heating, flat-screen TV and coffee/tea making equipment in the room and the extremely comfy bed. The location was amazing and fantastic and the staff were helpful.

Everything was very good at this hip new hotel. We had brand-new room and there was a very comfy bed. And our bathroom was luxurious. No matter the issue the staff were eager to help.

It had not very good views.
